Nile E2E - Automated Test Framework

A standalone automated test framework for the Nile platform. Validates end-to-end workflows over HTTP across security, smoke, and regression suites with cases covering authentication flows, JWT boundary conditions and RBAC enforcement. These tests run in a CI pipeline that provisions a docker environment, waits for the stack to be healthy and then generates reports.
